What the service is.
Phoebe is an AI coach. It reads the meetings you choose and gives you back one thing to do differently. It is not a human coach, and its suggestions are coaching input, not instructions — what you do in your meetings, and with your team, stays your call. Phoebe is not legal, HR, medical or financial advice.
Your account.
You sign in with Google. Your account is yours alone — keep access to it to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You must be able to enter contracts where you live to use the service.
Recording is your responsibility.
Phoebe only joins meetings you choose, but you are the one in the room. You're responsible for making sure recording is lawful where you are and where your participants are — that usually means telling people the meeting is recorded and, in some places, getting their consent. If you can't do that for a meeting, don't record it.
Your content.
Your meetings and debriefs are yours. You give us permission to process them only as far as needed to run the service — capture, transcribe, coach, store — as described in the privacy policy. We don't use them to train models, ours or anyone's.
Acceptable use.
Don't use Phoebe to record people unlawfully, to surveil your team, to break anyone's rights, or to probe, overload or resell the service. We can suspend accounts that do.
Our liability.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but coaching outcomes depend on you and we can't promise them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, like death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Leaving.
You can close your account at any time, and everything is deleted within 30 days. We can end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you break these terms.
Changes and law.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts.
